I already have a handbook, what if I only need Contracts or other documents?

That’s fine. We only provide what you actually need. If you already have documentation, we can review it, highlight any gaps, and make sure it works in practice as well as on paper.

How do you get to know my business?

We ask questions, we listen, and we pay attention to the culture you want to build. There is no one-size-fits-all in HR. When we truly understand your business and your goals, we can give advice that fits your values and delivers the outcome you need.

What's with the mountain theme?

It's simple really; Mark (our founder) really enjoys hiking and climbing in his spare time, so he felt it was natural to bring that into the business branding. No hidden meaning, despite him saying he was a little tempted at one point to add a cheesy line like "helping your business reach the top", but no, I think he just likes mountains.

Yes, as long as there’s no conflict of interest with your employer. we can give you clear advice on your rights and options, whether you’re facing redundancy, a disciplinary, a performance process, or experiencing bullying, harassment, or discrimination. If we can’t help, we’ll tell you straight and point you towards someone who can.
