I’m truly passionate about HR and the value it can bring to businesses. Over the course of my almost 20-year career, I've had the privilege of working in some amazing roles in some fantastic organisations.

Having worked alongside countless managers, directors, and business owners, I’m often told I’m not your “typical HR person” (and I’m always reassured that that’s a good thing!). Whilst I’m not sure what their past HR experiences have been, I’m very much focused on solutions and goals. My approach is simple: what are we trying to achieve, and how do we get there? I have a very strong understanding of UK Employment Law which enables me to confidently guide businesses through some of the most varied and challenging people-related concerns imaginable – I’ve seen just about every situation!
