I’m not your typical HR person, and that is exactly why my clients hire me. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with business owners, directors, and managers across a huge range of industries, guiding them through some of the most complex and high-stakes people issues imaginable.
My approach is simple. Start with the outcome we want, work out the smartest way to get there, and keep things practical, legal, and effective. I don’t waste time with fluff, box-ticking, or overcomplication.
I have a deep understanding of UK Employment Law, which means I can confidently advise on everything from tricky exits and restructures to performance problems, culture challenges, and legal compliance. I know exactly how far you can push things, when to stand firm, and when to find another route.
If you have a difficult people problem that has been hanging over you, need to strengthen your managers, or simply want to make sure you are not leaving yourself exposed, get in touch. I will tell you straight what needs to be done and guide you through it, and if I am not the right person for the job, I will say so and point you to someone who is.

I’m Nicole, an HR professional with a strong passion for helping businesses and their people succeed together.
With over 13 years’ experience across management and HR roles in a variety of sectors, I bring a practical and well-rounded understanding of the challenges businesses face as they grow and evolve. Having worked closely with managers and teams at all levels, I understand the importance of balancing commercial needs with a positive and supportive employee experience.
I believe good HR should never feel overcomplicated or disconnected from the real world. My approach is focused on building strong relationships, giving clear and practical support, and helping managers feel confident dealing with people challenges effectively and fairly.
Whether supporting recruitment, employee relations, people processes, or day-to-day HR advice, I enjoy being part of solutions that genuinely make a difference to both businesses and their teams.
I’m Kate, Business Support Manager at Summit HR.
I support the day-to-day running of the business, helping make sure everything stays organised, efficient, and running smoothly for both our team and our clients. From invoicing and payroll to client communication and general administration, my role is all about keeping things on track and ensuring nothing gets overlooked.
I understand how important clear communication, responsiveness, and reliability are when supporting busy businesses, and I take pride in making sure clients feel supported from the very first interaction.
